MAKEUP BOOKING POLICIES

PLEASE NOTE:

Appointment Duration

• Kindly allow 2hrs for your session.

Payment Policy

• The balance for Casual Glams should be paid on or before the appointment. Unfortunately, late payments cannot be accepted.

Studio Glam Lateness Policy

• For studio glams, Clients have a 10-minute grace period for lateness. Afterward, a £10 charge applies for every additional 10 minutes. Appointments are cancelled without refund if lateness exceeds 30 minutes.

Home Service Policy

• For home services, Please be ready and available at the scheduled time.
There’s a 10-minute grace period for delays. After that, a £10 fee applies for every additional 10 minutes, including any time before or after setup.

Children Policy

• To help us stay on schedule and ensure the safety of both the children and the equipment, children are not permitted in the studio.

Pets Policy

• Please keep pets at home when attending studio glam sessions. Pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of other clients and maintain the environment.

Casual Glam Policy

• For Casual glams, Visages reserves the right to leave the location/halt the session if the event is different from what was agreed.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are only valid if requested within 24hrs of payment and appointment is more than 48hrs away.

Deposit Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows after 24 hours of payment, as the booking is confirmed and other clients have been declined for the slot.

CONTENT SPACE POLICIES

PLEASE NOTE

Studio Cleanliness

• Please ensure the studio is left clean and orderly, just as it was.

Studio Usage

• Studio Space bookings are strictly for content creation, photography and videography only, and not for events of any kind.

Rearranging Items

• Approximately 80% of the interior is movable. You are welcome to rearrange items to suit your needs, but kindly return moved items to their original positions before leaving.

Photography & Content Services

• Photography and content creation services aren’t included in the rate given. Feel free to bring your photographer or content creator if needed.

Extra Time Charges

• Additional time beyond your booking will incur a fee of £10 per extra 15 minutes.

Changing Room & Security

• A changing room is available for outfit changes. For security, please note the studio is monitored by CCTV.

Booking Time Policy

• The reserved time slot begins at the scheduled appointment time, whether or not you are present.

No-Show Policy

• Please be aware that there is no refund for No Shows.

Unused Booking Time

• Booked hours are reserved exclusively for your session and cannot be refunded if unused.

Damages Responsibility

• While we don’t charge a damages fee upfront, we trust all guests to take care of the space. Any damages caused during your session, by you or anyone accompanying you, will be your responsibility.
